The Nutmeg Woods is a modern Kandy home built around its trees, not through them. At the client's request, our architects wrapped 4,025 square feet of luxurious living around the site's existing nutmeg trees for a home that lives in harmony with nature.

Architecture That Protects the Trees

Rather than clear the land, we designed The Nutmeg Woods around its mature nutmeg trees, a sustainable, nature-friendly approach that gives the home a mature, rooted character most new houses simply cannot buy.

Luxury and Nature, Side by Side

Expansive living and dining areas, a state-of-the-art pantry and kitchen and tranquil bedrooms all open toward greenery, blurring the line between refined modern interiors and the calm of the surrounding trees.

Spaces for the Whole Family

Beyond the everyday rooms, the home includes a dedicated prayer room, a private office, a ladies' living area and a roof terrace, thoughtful spaces that let every member of the family find their own comfort.
